By booking with Diamond List Concierge, you agree to our reservation, cancellation, and service policies. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our dispatch team.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a fee. Group, wedding, and event reservations may require a deposit.
